Steph Korey Goodwin is an entrepreneur and investor who believes in the universal distribution of talent, but recognizes the unequal distribution of opportunity.  She invests in and advises early-stage companies, the majority of which are founded by entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds.

Today, Steph Korey Goodwin is the Co-Founder of Charmspring, a children’s developmental brand focused on bringing more fun, connection and harmony to family life.  Charmspring’s lead product, the Springboard, is an illustration-based  routine board that outline’s a child’s schedule, giving them a sense of routine and ownership of their experiences and choices, helping them to feel empowered, capable and competent. When children feel prepared for what’s next, they feel more secure, connected, and ready to engage in learning.

Before founding Charmspring, Steph was the co-founder and CEO of global lifestyle brand Away, and is one of a handful of female founders to launch a billion dollar company.  Under Steph’s leadership, the company achieved a $1.4 billion valuation, secured $156 million in investments, and expanded to 26 countries.

She previously built and led the supply chain at Warby Parker, overseeing product development, sourcing, and fulfillment.
